The William Empire Companies was founded in 2013 by Owner/ Operator Joshua W. Cresswell. The idea of having a one-stop shop for all things real estate was born from working alongside Joshua's landlord at the University at Buffalo. Having a remodeling company, management company and NYS Licensed real estate salespeople all under one umbrella guarantees the best results for our clients.

We deliver top-notch service with ongoing client input and constant communication from start-to-finish. Through achieving this mission there is never a doubt in our client's mind about the timeline of the remodel, transaction, or overall property management.

The Name
The company name comes from the desire to create a business that feels like a family. William, Joshua's middle name and 6th generation family name, and Empire, showing pride in NY State, is where the name comes from.
