Meet the Team that is more like a Family

Joshua was born and raised in Rochester, NY. He has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others. Josh started his construction career doing asbestos abatement and remodels for his landlord while saving up to start purchasing his own rentals. For fun Josh likes to be on the water, play games, and hang out with friends & family.

Javier was born in NJ and has been working with his hands since he was 12 years old, there is nothing he cannot build or fix. Javier truly is a jack-of-all trades and master of many; he is also bi-lingual! Javier is the onsite foreman for all major projects and is extremely personable. For fun Javier likes to go camping with his family and fish.

Mike and his wife just moved back to Rochester from Santa Barbara, CA where Mike ran his painting business for 20+ years. Mike is a Master painter and finisher with over 40 years of experience. When he is not working he likes to fish and cook mexican food - he makes a mean homemade salsa. 

Michael is the company CPA and he is a genius accountant. Mike has worked in real estate and construction accounting for 30+ years. Mike and Josh met when they were working for a local real estate developer and have been friends ever since. Fun fact: Mike and his wife Gloria rode their bicycles from Rochester to Florida to California just for fun!

John is a Holley resident and has a background in commercial framing and drywall. Now he is a head installer doing residential work because it is more fulfilling for him. John likes to work with Epoxy and custom wood work for clients any chance he gets. For fun John likes to E-bike, go to live music, and frisbee golf.

Al grow up in Massachusetts and moved to Rochester to go to college at RIT. After college Al started to work at a flooring store. After some being bored with just flooring he decided to sharpen his skill set in a more general position where he could learn more skills. Al is an incredibly hard worker. When he isn't working he likes to hang out with friends and ride his bike in the Highland Park area. 

Casey is Joshua's full-time assistant. Born in AZ and moved to Rochester to pursue interior design & modeling. Casey help manage the rental business and consult with renovations customers regarding design preferences. For fun Casey likes to garden and try new restaurants & breweries with her friends and family. 

Miguel grow up in Puerto Rico where he met his now wife. They moved to Rochester to be with family and start a family of their own. Miguel is a very fast learner and his skills with electrical, tile and flooring have become top-notch in a very short period of time. For fun Miguel likes to play baseball, listen to music and enjoy water sports.

Sam was born and raised in Rochester, NY. Sam began her career in property management, eventually discovering her passion for marketing and media. Sam specializes in social media management, graphic design, photo/video editing, and marketing strategy. Outside of work Sam enjoys traveling, trying new activities like snowboarding, and spending time with loved ones.

Michael is a full-time fireman and plumber. His father is a licensed plumber so Michael has been in the business since he was 10 years old and loves getting to work with his dad on all of our projects. With 60+ years of combined experience Michael and Carl can handle any plumbing install. For fun Michael likes to hunt and hang out with his wife and newborn son.

Jesse is a full-time commercial HVAC contractor that does full furncance, AC, and ductwork replacements for us. Jesse has 10+ years of experience in HVAC and can fix anything. He used to compete in speed and accuracy HVAC installation competitions. For fun Jesse likes to go to the gym, hang out with friends, and get out on the water as much as possible. 

Rich is our licensed master electrician and can handle any big job that we put in front of him. He specializes in panel upgrades, new service connections, exterior work, and rewiring of entire projects. Rich works alongside his sons that joined in the family business with their dad. For fun Rich likes to watch sports and relax with his wife.

Dawn is the mother of our CEO and proof that family businesses do it best. Dawn used to be forced into free manual labor during the early years of the renovations and has never complained. Dawn is very good with tile, painting, and general design. She is now retired but gets to keep her fancy title and still helps out with big projects. Dawn likes to craft, read, travel, and play board games. 

Clark runs a full-time 24/7 HVAC repairs company and has worked alongside our installers for years. He helps with specialized projects and working on older homes with older HVAC systems. Clark is accessible to all our clients long after projects have been completed. With over 20 years in the business he has seen and done it all. For fun Clark likes to attend sports events and go off-shore fishing.
